Guest：L’appartamento non è risultato idoneo ad ospitare 3 persone, il divano letto era inutilizzabile per via di un materasso bassissimo e con le molle che si sentivano al tatto. Uno di noi ha dormito per 6 netti sul divano chiuso, ma peggio è stato l’atteggiamento dell’host che, contattato per risolvere il problema (avevamo chiesto almeno un topper) ha risposto di non avere altri materassi e, come se ciò fosse un rimedio, ci ha suggerito alcuni posti da visitare sull’isola. Ci siamo decisamente sentiti presi in giro soprattutto perché, dopo il reclamo su *******, ci hanno negato un rimborso. Inoltre la pulizia lasciava a desiderare, il pavimento era polveroso con ciuffi di polvere e capelli diffusi e sull’armadio e le pareti della camera da letto erano disseminate zanzare morte spiaccicate…
Guest：I checked in quite late due to the ferry schedule. The unit is less than 10 minutes from the ferry port. accessing the building was not difficult although as a short person I struggled to reach the keypad without having to step onto the first step at the doorway. I had a small carry on luggage and had to climb a somewhat narrow spiral staircase to the third floor with it. The keypad on the door handle was really frustrating to use because you had to turn the handle just enough to trigger it to unlock. Otherwise, I enjoyed the balcony, the kitchen and all-in-one washer dryer. Parking is not easy on the street especially if you are like me, and didn’t know they drove on the left side of the road. The host was very very responsive so I appreciated that level of communication. I used the scooters to get around the city. I loved the location of this unit because it was also very close to the bus station that took you to tour sites, such as Mdina or Silema or Blue Grotto. Thanks for an amazing stay!!!!!! I’ll be back!!!!!!
Guest：Clean and walkable into the centre of Valletta. Communication was through email, so wasn’t instantaneously with the company. Had issues with the internet connection which was eventually resolved. In amenities listed stated first aid kit and washer dryer, but didn’t find them in the apartment we were staying in. The apartment also needs a bit of maintenance, ie loose door knobs. Also in the bedroom looked liked they had some leaks as brown water streaks on the wall.
Guest：I will start with the pros.. this was a very cute property. I have Maltese heritage and have always wanted to stay at a place with the traditional Maltese balcony and the Maltese tiles so this hit the nail on the head. Check in was medium easy as well which was ok. Very walkable with lots to do around the condo from restaurants to shopping to local attractions. A/c works great as well. Coffee machine didn’t work and they came the same day to replace. Cons -when we arrived we were about 30-40 minutes before the 3pm check in so we emailed about getting in to the unit. They gave us pretty well a hard no which was kind of a piss off considering we were sitting in the stairs and the cleaners were completely finished and nobody entered or left the unit during that time. Just seems a little rude in my books not to be accommodating -bed was very uncomfortable -floors were pretty dirty and as if they didn’t get swept -walls had bugs squashed on them in multiple spots -seems like an abandoned building across from the balcony with a pigeon problem -lots of stairs so pack light -after the first day there the front door to the building was becoming very frustrating and the lock wouldn’t work properly it would literally take 10 tries to get into the building. -no full sized mirror in the unit.. for the ladies I know this would be an issue as it was for my wife - the locks to each unit are not secure. Another person in the building showed how easily they can be opened Just be mindful
