You are greeted by a large rocking chair front porch overlooking the central courtyard with a gazebo in the white picket fence community.
This updated four bedroom, four bathroom home features hardwood floors and granite countertops. Two of the four bedrooms are located on the first floor with the main living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, and large screened in back porch. It is a perfect family-friendly home and offers plenty of space to relax and unwind with the living space including an open floor plan, flat screen TV, many seating options, and more.
The bedroom on the first floor has a king bed, flat screen TV, screened in porch access, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and shared bathroom to the living area.

The third guest bedroom is perfect for kids with twin over full bunk bed, flat screen TV, private balcony, and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, private balcony, and large en-suite bathroom with separate soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a twin sofa sleeper, perfect for an additional child or toddler.
The home is equipped with a gas grill, wireless internet, and has a neighborhood pool. The pool is only 5 minute walking or a short bike ride from the house which is easily accessed by the white picket fence lined sidewalks. The golf cart path behind the home leads to the beach boardwalk number 29.
10 Atlantic Beach is a perfect island retreat on Kiawah.
*Please note a new home is being built three lots down on the oceanside. Demolition of the lot has begun Winter of 2025.. While we do not have a full timeline of work, we do understand this will potentially present neighboring noise for renters while the work is being done. The minimum age requirement for rental is 25 years of age. Trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, outside golf carts and LSVs are not allowed in the Resort. No pets are allowed in this property at any time without owner approval. The home is non-smoking and smoking is prohibited. All guests must adhere to parking allotments, occupancy allowances, and bike and beach gear storage rules to avoid additional fines. No parties or events are allowed. Fireworks are prohibited. Refrain from hanging towels and clothing from balconies. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Do not feed alligators. Please respect the island’s quiet hours between 11PM-7AM.
