Overall it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, only five to ten minutes walk from the square where all the attractions are located. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the main train station. The room is clean and is equipped with free coffee and tea. I did not take the breakfast since they are readily available in the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
Perhaps the only downside is that it is right in front of a tram line which can be a little noisy. But the hotel has double glazed windows, with an additional front panel. Hence no worries in getting a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended.

We were planned to pay for the upgrade a better room type but turn out they offered us a free upgrade.
The room is very nice. Spacious, clean with balcony. You can adjust the room temperature.
Breakfast is 12EUR @ 1 to add in the hotel reception. Free coffee and tea on 1st floor whole day.
Located in the city centre. Very convenient. 1-min walk with supermarket. Close to all the spots in Zagreb centre.
24-hour reception, very safe.

Location is alright, walkable distance to old town. The aircon/heat system was not working so well, but the staff was trying their best to solve. Would be better if there was more parkings or offer nearby.

到克罗地地亚中转一晚，前台大哥的英语水平真的太好了，详细介绍酒店周边各种设施及citywalk的区域，并在地图上标记出来。早餐过于简单了一点。

Solo el aspecto externo del edificio deja que desear. Por todo lo demas muy bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Cerca de todo caminando

酒店距离市中心非常近，大概走5-10分钟左右就到，去所以景点都非常方便。Check in时职员也非常好，会介绍附近的景点。房间很乾净，有提供热水壶、拖鞋、吹风机等，不过如果住在1楼的楼，因为早餐的餐厅也在1楼，所以早上会有点吵。

Close to the old town, walking distance to all tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and welcome. Feel like a home and free beverage! Nice! But the room and recption is small but understandable with such a price!
