El hotel fue de agrado para toda la familia, el departamento es muy amplio y muy cómodo, con television en todas las habitaciones, ba?os buenos, cocina amplia y completa. Y lo mejor fue la atención, tanto los recepcionistas como las personas encargadas del desayuno ( margot y yobani) fueron muy cordiales, simpáticos y atentos. Volvería a elegir este lugar si es que volvemos a venir a cusco.

Excelente ubicación, la tranquilidad de la zona es precisa para poder descansar; la comodidad, higiene y pulcritud de la habitación fue perfecta para pasar una linda noche. Experiencia inolvidable de la atención del personal administrativo y recepción de nivel A1, se preocuparon en todo momento por nosotros y fueron serviciales en todas nuestras solicitudes en la habitación y en recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad. Recomendado 100%.

This place was super clean, super nice with great balcony view to the city. Breakfast was good. Very safe to walk. The people around are so friendly. My 9 year old got to play soccer near local kids that welcomed him. They only understood the word “Pasa”, which means “Pass”. John along with every host were very attentive. They have cameras everywhere, so it is very secured. I recommend not booking anything with anyone until you get to the Hotel. The host hooked us up with a local more personable tour guy without pressure. This is my second time in Cuzco, so I wanted to check out other places than the ones that are typically advertised. Called Javier (taxi guy) and told him I wanted to visit the list of places I found, and he set it up for us to be the most efficient. Our family was pleased and we enjoyed the more local spots. Finally, there is a family owned small Restaurant (Solevan) was the least expensive with the tastiest food near and large servings. Believe me, I’m Peruvian/American and this is the best you find near your hotel. Thank you for a memorable time.

The moment I stepping the door the most friendly welcome. From lugging my luggage from my month long stay of treasure collecting to the stunning rooms!!! Amazing Luxury for affordable prices. The perfect respite for before flying back to the USA If you are traveling to sacred valley or beyond and want to have a home away from home hotel this is it! The owners are incredible and welcoming I even got a stomach bug and they made me a pot of tea !!! Trust me you want to book here!

Excelente, servicio y atenciones personalizadas. Un lugar acogedor y bella vista de cusco, a 10 min de plaza de armas caminando. Buenos restaurantes cerca y atenciones 24 horas. Una excelente opcion para hospedarse si quiere estar en un lugar tranquilo.

Todo perfecto. Habitaciones impecables, el desayuno incluido tipo bufet con productos de primera, una terraza con vista panorámica de toda la ciudad y todo el personal súper amable y atento a cualquier necesidad. Quedamos muy contentos

Esta rese?a va con total sinceridad y esperando ayudar a aquellos que aún tienen dudas respecto a donde alojarse en Cusco. Este apart hotel tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días en familia. Esta ubicado en una zona súper tranquila, a 20 min caminando del centro o a menos de 5 min en taxi. Está decorado con muchísimo detalle (hay puertas q no dejarás de fotografiar), sus instalaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero lo que más nos sorprendió es el cuidado que tienen con la limpieza. Te resuelven cualquier duda y te ayudan en todo lo que sea necesario. El desayuno es espectacular (y no exagero), quizás de los mejores que hemos probado. No duden en alojarse aquí!!!! No se arrepentirán !!!

Excellent place, near the town centre. Wonderful staff, they make you feel at home, always there to help Very nice view from the terrace, water fountain, the rooms were very clean, breakfast 5 starts Mario at reception was very polite and friendly

Un increíble lugar, me hicieron sentir cómo en casa, limpieza, atención cómo en familia Jonathan, Cristian y el resto de empleados tiene en la sangre el servicio al cliente. Todos los días me tenían listo mi bolsa de desayuno, mi habitación limpia y ordenada, cuidaron de mi salud Quisiera agradecer a todos????????

This hotel feels like a home away from home. Mario is such an amazing and friendly host. The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The balcony has a grest view to the city. We felt very comfortable and welcomed. Highly recommended!
