The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The balcony was great with a nice view. Enjoyed eating breakfast looking at the lake.

The hotel and room were fine. That said, I’m not sure how this hotel is rated a five star hotel. At best it’s a three star hotel. To make things worse, the street in front of the hotel is under construction, so we had to park at the bottom of a long, steep hill and carry our bags up to the hotel. There was no one to help us with our bags. For the price, I was very underwhelmed.

Christie and her entire staff was simply amazing. So accommodating and friendly. The chef, Guadalupe, was a wonderful cook and put together a wonderful menu and is an exceptional chef! The view of th lake was so beautiful from our room. The room was spacious and the bed is very comfortable

This is a great hotel, with great rooms, spectacular views of the lake and mountains and friendly helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Es un lugar lindo. Bastante agradable el personal, el trato. Esta muy cerca del centro y de amenidades. La recámara de buen gusto. Tranquila relajando. Me encanta que los ba?os son bastante amplios. Suficientes toallas, excelente. La alberca se ve muy peque?a, no tuve oportunidad de usarla pero el resto es excelente.

El lugar esta muy cuidado, extremadamente limpio, los artículos como toallas están en muy buen estado, incluso hay batas de ba?o. El a?o es muy espacioso. Me encanto solo que no funciono el restorante.

Estuvo increíble , súper atención, muy amables, cuarto muy limpio, además de ubicación perfecta. está súper cerca del centro y del lago , puedes ir caminando.
