Nice hotel for families and with the natural nice view

Had a lovely relaxing time at the resort.
Just on the outskirts of Sapa Town, so it was very peaceful and quiet, away from the traffic and crowds.
But still easily accessible by taxi/grab
Wonderful helpful and efficient staff. From front desk to housekeeping.
Front desk staff were super with recommendations for day trips, booking of tours and transport
House keeping , bellboys were fast and efficient

Very nice ambience. Traditional Spa feel. Beautiful and calming scenery. Nice clean rooms although can be larger.
Gives a different feel. Not the modern hotel type that is being build around it, that can commonly be found. Staff is nice especially the restaurant staff and the manager there. Front desk gentlemen were all helpful.
A location for the young and active. Elders can find the stone steps a chore to climb.

Beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff are super helpful throughout the stay. The room itself is spacious and full of rustic charm, but the wooden interior can feel damp and carry a noticeable smell in wet weather, and the cleanliness could be improved. If you don’t mind all that and only looks for room with good views, then yes.
