Colleagues from China mentioned room is clean and comfortable. Further is sea view which is the most interesting for them to have nice view at different time.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The customer service was exceptional and very responsive to our needs. A major highlight was the rooftop swimming pool, which offers an absolutely awesome view. We highly recommend this hotel for family travel.
The only minor downside is that the location isn't very convenient for public transportation; we ended up taking a Grab for our daily outings. However, if you plan on renting a car, this wouldn't be an issue at all. Overall, a great experience!

两房两卫厕单位，住宿环境宽敞舒适，设备齐全，酒店服务团队回覆查询速度快，服务亦都到位，态度非常好，性价比高！

Check in was smooth. Very happy that the room cleanliness is superb and well-equipped with:
-iron+ironing board
-water filter machine
-washing machine
-microwave
-cutleries
-body soap, hair shampoo
-hair dryer
Etc.
However, the noise from next door hotel (most likely from the bar on 13th floor) was super loud at night. It is also close to a mosque so do expect the prayers to be loud. So, do bring along earplugs.
The lights from exterior decor of next door hotel were also very bright. I would suggest changing to blackout curtains, or suggest guests to bring eye masks haha.

Great place to stay and easy to check in with friendly hosts.

Overall, my stay at Iconic Regency by Stellar ALV was pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The location is quiet, though not very close to shops or restaurants, so some travel is needed. Amenities are average but sufficient for a short business stay.

とても绮丽でしたが、アメニティは少ないです
シャンプーとボディーソープしかありません。
またスマートTVではないのでYouTubeなどはみられません。
土日は深夜まで隣のホテルで野外ライブをしていて耳栓ナシに寝られませんでした。
お祈りもスピーカーが近く朝方何回か起こされました。
また清扫を頼みましたが、三回呼んでも来ないことがあり、かなりひどいです。
またチェックインも难しく、何度も确认しました。
また、チェックインについて、こちらから连络がないと向こうからは连络はありません。そこも良くないです。
宿泊は残念ながらお勧めしません。

附近的话综合信价比较高。住了20多天总体感觉很好。就是公寓，楼比较新，比前面是五星级酒店便宜一半，比楼里公寓酒店（不含早餐）差300。楼上有健身房和泳池。周边：楼下有大排档，不远处有中餐厅和寿司店味道还行。公交车1个小时一趟，到皇后广场要20分钟走路。周边没什么逛的。服务：没有服务，提供垃圾袋和卷纸沐浴露。垃圾在九楼倒，早上可以在前面酒店打咖啡。打扫房间可能要加费。用whatapp联系checkin，会收按金。屋里洗衣机电陶炉配套。缺点：前后两个清真寺到点就诵经。
