Wir waren im wundervollen und hochwertig ausgestatteten Apartment Zwerggartl, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet ist. Es ist alles vorhanden – vom Extra-Kissen über eine mit Bohnen gefüllte Kaffeemaschine bis hin zur Parmesanreibe. Was uns besonders aufgefallen ist: Sehr freundlicher und flexibler Kontakt im Vorfeld. Ein Parkplatz, der zu unserem Apartment geh?rte. Die kurzen Wege ins Zentrum und zum ?ffentlichen Nahverkehr. Eine tolle Regenwalddusche. Ein megabequemes Bett. Eine eigene Heizung für Skischuhe. Ein unkompliziertes, automatisches Check-in-System. Ein Automat im Eingangsbereich mit Snacks und Getr?nken für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Viele aktuelle Flyer mit Informationen zu Events und Locations in und um Innsbruck. Ein guter Preis, vor allem dafür, dass wir das Apartment über Silvester gemietet haben. Die Perfektion w?re ein Blick auf die Berge gewesen – den hatten wir in unserer Wohnung leider nicht. Aber irgendetwas ist ja immer. Dafür hatten wir jedoch einen eigenen kleinen privaten Vorgarten (Zwerggartl). Wir k?nnen die Gastgeber uneingeschr?nkt weiterempfehlen.

Falls ihr uns noch einmal besuchen kommt, k?nnen wir die Apartments "Ausgugg" oder "Rückzug" empfehlen – hier sieht man wunderbar auf die Nordkette. Au?erdem l?sst es sich im Sommer im Garten auch sehr gut aushalten, und man kann wunderbare Berg- und Radtouren direkt vom Haus aus starten – nur so als Idee ;). 紧邻金刀比罗宫，下山马上可以check in!有附停车场、卫浴用品、毛巾，房间设备舒适，选用的器具也很用心。喜欢工业+无印风的人，可以来这边体验一晚唷！

We stayed for 5 nights in the 1 bedroom apartment. It was my husband and I and our 17 year old son, who slept on the pull-out bed in the living room. The apartment was furnished with everything you would need. We cooked breakfast most mornings. There was a nice small balcony to sit out on and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Check-in was very easy with a key pad entry. The hosts were helpful with any questions we had. The location is a 10 minute walk to old town. While there is a bus stop right outside the apartment (bus every 10 minutes), we usually walked to old town. It is an uphill walk from old town to the apartment. The bus that stops in front of the apartment also takes you up to Nordkette. The buses were all free within Innsbruck with the Welcome Card that we received from Riedz Apartments (although no bus driver ever checked the cards). There is a grocery store only a 3 minute walk from the apartment (closes at 6pm). The only thing that we missed in the apartment was a microwave. While it's not necessary, it would have been nice to have for reheating leftovers from going out to dinner. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet except for the church next door whose bells rang every 15 minutes from about 6am to 10pm. You kind of get used to it. But I'm not sure there is any place in Innsbruck that you wouldn't hear bells tolling all day. All in all, we would highly recommend the apartment.

Nice apartment but customer service was an issue for us. A few things were not handled well by the owners. The location is great, church outside it pretty and the neighbourhood is central but quiet. The curtains in the rooms don’t pull all the way over the windows which annoyed me at night. The apartment did appear clean but we found a big sticky spillage under the bed when I lost an earring in the bedroom. We also found for a longer stay that the level of comfort was not sufficient so we were a little bit disappointed.

Our spacious apartments are equipped with amenities such as a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as a big bathroom and a big balcony, a washing machine and dryer in the basement, storage for sports equipment, table soccer, table tennis, an iron and ironing board, bicycle storage, a parking place, and a spacious garden. We’d be grateful if you could share more specific feedback about what was missing for you so we can better cater to our guests' needs. Great holiday location - wonderful, spacious apartment, perfectly equipped for a family of five. Close to the city centre, and a central place to go skiing around Innsbruck. Super friendly hosts. We will be happy to come back soon.

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed. It was modern, clean and ideally situated with bus stops nearby to take us to town or to the skiing area of Seegrube. It was walkable into town but up hill on the way back in icy conditions so we took the bus! The views of the Alps from the balcony were beautiful ( photo attached ) as it had recently snowed so everywhere was so picturesque. Would definitely recommend.
