Guest：Stayed this week in room 1. Had a lovely seaview with two comfortable chairs by the window. Room was super clean with a lovely big bathroom which had a big shower and separate bath with plenty of nice toiletries. Lovely hosts who were friendly who go out of their way from the moment you arrive until you leave. If you book this B&B you will not be disappointed. Lowestoft is a lovely place to visit.
Guest：The South Beach bed and breakfast is a secret little gem in Lowestoft. It is a homely and friendly house with large rooms and a wonderful location. The house itself is a gorgeous building and spotless. The breakfast is fresh and very well presented. Caroline and Andrew are perfect hosts. Don’t really want to leave a review as do t want to share……
Guest：Extremely warm welcome and the most delicious breakfast menu to choose from. Room had stunning sea views, spotlessly clean and very well equipped ….. even down to plenty of milk to make more than one coffee, unlike most places! 10/10 for service, the most comfy beds and great hosts. Would thoroughly recommend this B & B Will be returning for sure
Guest：We had a great time, lovely room very clean and everything you need. The breakfast is exceptional so many choices and cooked just how you like it. The hosts are very friendly and care about if we are happy with everything. This is the third time we have stayed here and we will be booking next year. It is so close to the beach and pier with everything you need for a lovely day out. We give this establishment a 5 star rating.
