I was greeted by a friendly owner/receptionist. Check in was easy. The room was spotless and bed comfortable. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The only slight down side was weak shower pressure, but that was made up for by a deep bath.

The room was a little dated especially as it didn’t look anything like the picture on the website and for ￡156 for 1 night I expected a little more especially as we could have booked the same room the day before for half the price. Unfortunately even though we have stayed before I was disappointed and we won’t be staying again.

Hotel staff was excellent, warm, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we we comfortable. Location is a walk to Cantebury but is in a quieter area. Rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was well done.
Parking lot is small but very well maintained.

Less than 5 minutes walking distance to Chalk Farm station. Sound proof not so good as noise from pub below is quite loud. Nice and helpful staffs at front desk

We booked this property because we were traveling from the US with children and it had a pool. I was surprised there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor, which was a bit difficult to navigate the winding staircase with our large luggage. The amenities were not exactly as described- there was no shampoo or conditioner, just a single pump that we were told could be used for hand soap, body soap, and shampoo. The bar was a small room which was staffed by the same person running the front desk, so you may need to wait a bit to get a drink there. It is more of a bed and breakfast feel than a hotel feel to be honest. The staff were all very kind and helpful. During breakfast, they had some hot food, cereals, and coffee and tea. The staff brought fresh toast to the table. The building is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed the indoor heated pool each evening. Overall it was a nice experience but not exactly what we expected going into it.

有个种满植物的小花园，非常精致。酒店距离坎特伯雷大教堂有些远，在城边的街边。酒店对面有个小公园，环境很好。早餐很好，服务人员也非常热情友好。

房间适中，该有的都有，早餐是自助式，还不错，简单好吃，有很多果酱可以吃，跟果汁麦片还有专人为你烤土司，服务人员也挺亲切～照片来张Canterbury的漂亮风景～

住了两晚。酒店花园打理精致，房间古朴，空间大，衞生整洁，前台帅哥人不错。步行去坎特伯雷东站不到十分钟，便利。
