  • Guest：this is our 3rd year of staying here and the staff are all so friendly,helpful. checking in was easy thanks to chits and Matt and managed to keep my brother and sister and boyfriend and myself all on the same floor. the bedroom was clean and the bed is always comfy and the bathroom was clean. we had a meal in the hotel and bernie was friendly and helpful and we had a laugh.we had a great time and we will back next year
  • Guest：Good welcome very efficient friendly staff. Lovely room with TV kettle, hair dryer. Only a fixed rainfall shower head ( not a fan of those ) in the bath. Restaurant too small for the amount of rooms at the hotel. 25 minute wait for breakfast. Only 2 staff members checking people into the restaurant and also having to clear the tables, reset them up and restock coffee, mugs, preserves, pastries, cereals etc. One extra pair of hands during the service would have made the world of difference. Especially when there had been a major event on at the nearby Arena.
  • Guest：Zimmer mit Fenster?ffnung, ruhige Lage, super leckeres Frühstück. In 10 Minuten zu Fu? in der Innenstadt. Immer wieder gern.
  • Guest：境安靜舒適，適合休閑度假。早餐豐富可口，種類多樣。工作人員服務專業、態度親切，細節處很用心，整體入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦！
