Guest：We were a group of 6 ladies from Ireland returning to complete the Way of St Francis from Assisi to Rome We had a disastrous transfer from airport expecting to arrive 22.00 but due to taxis failure to have a charged mobile/sat nav did not arrive until nearly 2.00 am! We were warmly welcomed by 2 members of staff and quickly shown to our rooms Spotlessly clean everywhere, nice linens and towels Agreed to serve breakfast later than normal due to our late arrival, much appreciated , good communication by means of a spoken app and helpful directions given. Waived late check in charge due to fact was beyond our control. A very positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend!

Guest：Ho pernottato per 4 notti in questa struttura per un congresso al BV Grand Hotel di Assisi. Innanzitutto, la posizione è ottima. In 10 minuti a piedi mi trovavo sia al luogo del congresso sia in centro storico. Le camere sono molto carine e comode, dotate di ottimi servizi. Forse la mancanza del bidet si è fatta un po’ sentire, ma al livello di pulizia e decoro non posso dir nulla se non impeccabile. Anche la colazione eccezionale, con dolci caldi e/o preparati in casa accompagnati da succhi di frutta e confetture molto gradite. Infine la gentilezza e la disponibilità della proprietaria hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più gradevole! Ci ritornerò di sicuro!
