  • Guest：There's no hand soap at this hotel, which feels weird especially because of COVID. Thankfully read reviews before, so I brought hand soap. I normally travel with shampoo, so it's normal to not have that provided, but hand soap is a bit strange. Picking up the keys isn't a big deal, just make sure you read the info after you book. The place has a nice kitchenette if you need it and a table to sit at. Pretty decent sized room (more spacious than most we stayed at). Got a nice view of the matterhorn when outside the hotel. Zermatt is expensive, so this was a nicer and cheaper option.
