Of all the vacation homes I have rented over the years, this homeowner stands out as the most welcoming and easy to work with. 1) She was quick to respond to messages and inquiries. 2) She left snacks and treats for us. 3) She made the check-in and check-out process very, very simple!
I have rented many other vacation homes and most have a list of tasks you are asked to do upon departure (such as starting the dishwasher, gathering up all the towels, taking out the garbage and recycling, and occasionally being asked to ***** the beds and put the bedding in the laundry room - even though you are paying a hefty cleaning fee.) There were no such requests at this property, which made our early morning departure easier and less stressful. Thank you, Mary Ann!
