Enjoy South Florida living at its best from this ground floor property. Fully stocked kitchen, large 55" Smart TV in the living room. Just 5 mins to Himmarshee Street with all the fantastic bars and restaurants for a great evening out. Full size laundry machines inside the unit. Fast WiFi and a lovely, peaceful vibe and view.

As you walk in through the private entrance you'll see straight through the beautiful Intracoastal water, and you'll immediately feel relaxed. One King bed, one Queen bed, and 1 Twin trundle bed (2 Twin beds total), outfitted with the latest luxury percale sheets will give you a great restorative sleep.

When you wake up, grab a cup of coffee, and head out to one of the best and quirkiest breakfast/brunch places in Fort Lauderdale, called Magnolia Caffee. You must try the waffles, half sweet, half savory, you'll thank me later ;-). After that catch some rays at Fort Lauderdale Beach. There's plenty of parking along A1A, and enjoy the South Florida ocean. In the mood for a slice? Walk across the street and grab a NY-style pizza at Primanti Brothers. The best cocktails you'll get at DrYnk on Wilton Drive. Wilton Manors is the epicenter of the LGBTQ+ community, and it's tremendous fun to walk along Wilton Drive and just people watch. When you're done for the day, come back home and relax on the outdoor area, enjoy the view and watch as the sailboats stroll by.

We have plenty of places we can recommend to visit, eat and drink, so just ask! You'll love this tranquil spot on the water so much, we bet you'll want to make it your go-to place in Fort Lauderdale.

TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. You have the option to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We do not provide streaming app accounts.
DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. If you use wipes, you'll be fined $1500 for any plumbing repairs.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
No loud music/noise after 9PM.
There's a security camera in the back and front of the property for security purposes only. No cameras inside the property.
