The living room has an oversized comfortable couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped and is ready for the family chef. The new large dining table is really the center of the home and is perfect for family meals, game night, office space, or counting seashells. There are brand new luxury vinyl plank floors throughout. The private balcony faces west and it provides some pretty amazing sunsets. There is a covered parking spot below the condo and extra parking in the lot.
