The open concept living area features beautiful views of the Gulf waters and is filled with natural light thanks to the glass sliding doors which lead to a covered patio. Natural light bathes the living room in warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere. Floor to ceiling curtains are available when it’s time to sink into the comfortable sofa for your post beach nap. Sign into your favorite streaming services on the Smart TV to enjoy family movie night.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and an island perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The spacious setup allows multiple people to cook together, as well as setup buffet style serving. The Gulf view will continue to inspire you as you enjoy the well-stocked kitchen to whip up family favorite recipes and local seafood.
Each bedroom is designed with relaxation in mind, offering plush bedding and ample storage. A Queen Guest Room includes a private entrance to the Gulf facing covered patio along with an electric fireplace. A private workspace with desk is available in the bunk room and offers a quiet place for any remote work that needs to be accomplished before enjoying the sunshine. All bedrooms are setup with TVs and closet storage.
Step outside to enjoy the Gulf breeze on the expansive deck or take a short stroll to the nearby beach access. For added convenience, the home comes with 4 taxi bikes, making it easy to explore the beautiful neighborhood, local shops, and dining spots along scenic 30A.

Rules and Regulations
Check-In / Check-Out Times. Check-in begins at 5:00 PM (CST). Check-out time is
10:00AM (CST). Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.

Payment of Rent. The balance of the total booking charges is due thirty (30) days
prior to the Check-In date. For stays longer than 21 days the balance of the rental fee
is due sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In date. We accept electronic checks for no
additional fee and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover).
Your payment method on file will be charged the week the final balance is due, and you
will receive payment confirmation via email once it is processed. If you would like to
pay your final balance with a different payment method, please contact the
Property Manager for alternative payment arrangements. prior to the payment

Cancellations and Changes Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying
the Property Manager in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check-In

Accommodation Selections. The Property Manager appreciates that its luxury
accommodations offer different appointments, designs and layouts, and that
reservation holders want the peace of mind that they will stay in the specific units they
selected. Accordingly, we will reserve for you the specific unit selected at the time of
your reservation upon the receipt of your deposit and signed Rental Subject to
availability for maintenance, owner usage, or other issues that may render the
accommodations unsuitable for rental, and/or subject to the property remaining as a
Property Manager accommodation at the time of the stay, guests will be placed in the
specific unit set forth in their Agreement, or otherwise provided with a full refund or an
opportunity to stay in an equivalently priced accommodation if available. Notwithstanding the Property Managers’ efforts, if the specific unit reserved is
unavailable for any reason, guests will be limited to a full refund or similar
accommodation at their election. In no event will the Property Manager be responsible
for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, fees or other consequential damages
resulting from the unavailability of a specific accommodation.
Pets. We are happy to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs at our dog friendly homes
