  • Guest：Very good service, but farfrom center, hotel facilities is not enough
  • Guest：Hotel manage Nick was lovely and personable. Hotel would’ve been better enjoyed if the weather was good as it has a nice pool and nice beach front. It’s a bit further away from city centre but reachable by taxi (~200k) and scooter. Nice selection of Vietnamese cuisine in the breakfast buffet. The rest of the staff have limited English but communicable via google translate Exterior and interior design of hotel seems a bit dated
  • Guest：Resort is showing its age, frankly. Rated as 4 star but we felt compared to the next 4 star resort we stayed at on the same island it was definitly only a 3 star. Rooms are very large and comfortable. We had asked for a high floor but ended up on 2nd even though it only seemed to be about 40% occupied. Room was ocean side as requested but because of the low floor we couldn't really see over the palm trees. There is an extremely large area of concrete in between the building and the pool/beach side which doesn't add anything to the resort atmosphere. Not sure why they would design this that way. We knew it was isolated on the island so that was expected as we wanted 3 nights to just relax before moving on. Would pass on staying here again and would opt for one of the other resorts.
  • Guest：The location of the hotel is just perfect. But the management is so poor, it was probably one of my worst experiences. The first night we have overlooked the waiter serving the guests food from another table, which was not finished by the guests. The waiter just corrected the plate and served the food which was already half eaten by another person. The hygiene standards of the hotels must be checked by the authorities. At the time we were there the hotel was fully booked, but the hotel didint have enough furniture at the pool, it was literally a fight to get a spare bed or chair at the pool. All games provided were either broken or incomplete. The pool towels were either not provided or dirty. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this place as long as they have the same management.
