It seems like a brand new place. Everything is new and clean and well designed. Nice safe, enclosed parking. It was also very quiet all day long. The concierge is a little slow to respond and the kitchen cupboard doors in my particular unit are so out of whack and difficult to operate that it can be irritating, but these are triflings in the scope of things. I would stay here again. It is a tremendous location adjacent to the town square, which is lovely to visit in the evenings.

Absolutely awesome rental for our vacation. We could not have picked a better place to stay! The unit itself, was exceptional; a one bedroom two bathroom gem. So spacious, clean, full kitchen with fridge and freezer. Suited us to a T! The building and parking was fantastic; the roof top pool had an amazing view of the city in the artistic neighbourhood, plenty of room excellent sun loungers, couches and chairs, so very relaxing. You know what they say, location, location, location, and this building shines in that regard; all things in walking distance, grocery stores not far and farmers market roughly two blocks away. The concierge and other staff members were so friendly and helpful, we really cannot say enough about our two week stay, except to say we will be back, you can count on it!

My partner and I recently stayed for two nights at Lumina at Cardinal, and we absolutely loved our experience. The apartments feel beautifully modern — so much so that when we first walked in, it even smelled like fresh paint. Everything felt clean, new, and thoughtfully designed. The staff truly made our stay special. They were always friendly, took the time to check in with us, and were happy to offer recommendations whenever we asked. Their genuine hospitality was definitely a highlight. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous infinity pool. It offers great views of the iconic flag at Plaza Mijares, the main boulevard, and the lagoon — perfect for relaxing with a drink or enjoying sunset views. Despite the location right in front of a school and beside an IMSS hospital, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet and peaceful it felt. There wasn’t an issue with noise or bright lights during our stay. The gym is small (only free weights), but we never had to wait to use it, and it served its purpose for a quick workout. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back here whenever we’re in San José del Cabo again.

I would give this place five out of five for value, great location, and comfort. However, a few things need improvement: the kitchen needs to provide a decent coffee maker, even just a french press (the Nespresso one in ours didn't work), a microwave, kitchen towels to dry dishes, a non-stick frying pan, and plastic cups and glasses to take up to the pool deck. Also, some hooks on the endless expanse of walls would go a long way to helping us hang up towels, wet clothes, etc. If some of those inconveniences were addressed, I'd give this place five out of five stars. Spacious suites with comfortable beds, a great pool and penthouse deck, and steps away from the main plaza where it all happens. And a taxi ride to a good swimming beach by the pier was only $7 including tax. We'd definitely come back, but would pack some of those items they don't provide.

The hotel apartment had every amenity we required including beach towels, stove, and pots/pans/containers and the communication via Whatsapp was convenient and efficient. The pool and rooftop area is beautiful, just be careful of mosquitos depending on the season. We had a great time and will be back on our next trip to Los Cabos. Keep in mind that you will need transportation to get to the nicer beaches in the area, but this place is great for being near the center of San Jose and enjoying the shops, eateries, and art walk. Also grocery stores and markets are a little far on foot, so getting transportation to the Walmart, Market, or Soriana will most likely be necessary.

The apartment was so charming!! It had everything that i need; including a balcony! Super clean ??. I was so impress in how that apartment look like!!! SPOTLESS!!! In addition, it included a modern rooftop swimming pool!! Loved everything about thay place!!!
