Located in a private, waterfront community, you'll enjoy access to a swimming dock, firepit, picnic tables, a covered gazebo, and a kayak/canoe launch. There's also a boat dock where you can moor your boat during your stay. After spending your days splashing in Deep Creek Lake or exploring the water, head back to the lodge to fire up the gas grill and host a cookout for your favorite people.

You'll also love the home's easy proximity to the best of western Maryland. Within an eight-mile radius, you can explore Wisp Resort, Swallow Falls State Park, Oakland Golf Course, Herrington Manor State Park, and Savage River State Forest.

Inside the lodge, you’ll quickly feel at home in the rustic yet modern ambiance. The living room features a large smart TV and plenty of seating, perfect for movie nights. Steps away, the spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. The dining tables also lend themselves perfectly to family board game nights.

With four comfortable bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. The home also includes thoughtful amenities for families, such as a Pack-N-Play, baby gates, a high chair, and a private washer/dryer. Additional conveniences include smart TVs and central air-conditioning.

As the day winds down, the perfect way to cap off your adventures is by relaxing on the deck in the private hot tub, enjoying stunning sunset and Milky Way views.

- If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.

- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable:

2 bedrooms: fee varies between $15 - $20/night, up to $200 total
3 bedrooms: fee varies between $25 - $30/night, up to $300 total
4 bedrooms: $25 per night, up to $250 total
5 bedrooms: $30 per night, up to $300 total
6 bedrooms: $30 per night, up to $300 total
7 bedrooms: $35 per night, up to $350 total
8 bedrooms: $35 per night, up to $350 total

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renter's credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.

This Agreement is between you and Vacasa Virginia LLC, acting for itself and for the Owner.
