Guest：Bonita experiencia. Al hotel le falta un poco de mantenimiento, sin embargo la magnífica atención del personal del hotel nos hizo pasar unos días maravillosos. Muchas gracias al hotel y a su gente que se esmeró por hacer de nuestra estancia en Jacó agradable. Recomendado
Guest：The place needs renovation but the staff is five star and if the hotel is full or almost full then the guests make up for any defects the place might have. Then the ambience around the pool is first class. Everybody is happy once the party mood kicks in and you will have the time of your life. If you are the only couple in the pool you can get a complete tan but thats it. Drinks and food are good and cheap, but thats it. But if the pool is full you will want to return to this hotel every weekend.
Guest：I’ve stayed here twice, first in 2014, and again in August 2021. In that seven years there were no noticeable repairs or improvements to the property. In 2021 the larger “clothing appropriate or optional”pool was green with contamination, supposedly the result of recent floods. The room 3rd floor was clean enough but with a nasty jacuzzi on the balcony which made it unusable. Evidence of deterioration all around. Scary stairs, uneven ground areas around the pool courtyard made me scared of falling. As of now - October 2023 the property is closed and apparently the subject of much needed repairs and improvements.
Guest：The staff was wonderful but the property is falling apart which is probably why no one else was there. There were a few older gentlemen who seem to be regulars there that definitely made it uncomfortable for us as a couple. The raccoons living in the ceiling were just an added bonus
