Guest：I reviewed this on hostelworld but this is a hidden gem and one that I will go back to 100%. -Staff was so lovely and friendly! -Kitchen very spacious and has everything you can think of to cook with -Went during February so the hostel was pretty empty but there are common area spaces to hang out in as well as a bar area to hang out in -Parking on-site -Very clean spaces cannot complain and provided me with base toiletries. -Showers within the washroom on each floor but big spaces and private -Bus stop right outside the hostel-used it to get in and out everyday to ski-free to use -Grocery store 15 minute walk outside of town but just a few minutes drive (I would practice your french or just be prepared that not many will interact in english FYI) -The grocery store does have the best pies!!!!
Guest：Very nice hostel but with some negative points - specially bc it’s not a cheap hostel. $70 in a mix bedroom with 8 ppl They have a bar and some food options for purchase; The bathrooms were spacious and finally someone considered adding hooks and a place to fit your stuff; Cons Bedding wasn’t clean and my blanket had hairs from previous guest. Another guest said he saw staff goes in the rooms to take naps. Why???? Don’t they have their own rooms and do they change bedding after their nap? That’s gross Also, I love that the staff is happy and get along but they are always cooking and drinking together while front desk is left alone, bathrooms have no paper and it’s full of trash and other things needs to be addressed are not because they’re busy with their shenanigans. I felt like I was staying in their house- with most of the kitchen reserved for the staff ( with rude note saying “don’t steal our food) Thin walls and plank flooring are bad - you can hear everything and every step from people above you
Guest：Super friendly staff, very helpful and smiley. Sharing bathroom no problem, generally empty and spotless, free shampoo and soap. Kitchen fully equipped, easy to cook and prepare meals. Free brew all day. Atmospheric little bar, free bar football and pool, great selection of proper beers. Perfect spot for a recoup of funds, meet and chat, and all nestling close to lac Moore. Perfect.
Guest：Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au sein de cette auberge. L'accueil a été très agréable, la chambre était correcte, les sanitaires et douches étaient propres. Le plus: L'accès au lac Moore (à pied, juste en face du batiment). L'auberge met même des canots à disposition! c'est juste parfait quand il fait plus de 30 degrés ! Pour le reste grande cuisine, beau bar et bonne musique !
