Guest：The room was not clean / specially toilet. No locker and fridge in the room It was so LOUD! We were awake since 6:30 each morning from alarm, voices, music or other various noises. In the the toilet there was automatic light (?) with timer set in 3 seconds. I literally couldnt have a shower or visit toilet with full light on. I am short and sensor wasnt recognize me. I was mostly in the dark! We were given one towel for two people ( in a room of 2 people ) They have claimed that I haven't stayed there. Staff was mostly not speaking English, making it hard to communicate. Staff's behavior varied. Some of them were helpful and some with kinda of an attitude ( maybe language constrain was the reason for this ) Breakfast was just ok - eggs, bread , butter, coffee , juice ( I was given half slice of cheese one day next to my eggs ) Location is good , close to big supermarket and airport. Overall, I felt uncomfortable staying there. There are better options with same price around.
Guest：The hotel was very simple, and only provided bed and breakfast. This was fine as there were a lot of walkable options for meals out. It was very close to a supermarket, and it was a convenient place to stay. The receptionists were helpful, especially Orlando and Daniel who helped us order a takeaway of local food. I was looking for a place with ac and a pool and this hotel ticked all the boxes. I would definately plan to stay there again, as we hope to be back next year with family
