Guest：The staff are extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my time there more comfortable. The rooms also look very distinctive and is on the outskirts of the Paro city, so you'll get a great view.
Guest：I had a great room with awesome views from my glassed in sunporch at this lovely hotel. It is fairly small in a calm, quiet setting up on a hillside just outside Paro (near airport). It is very close to Paro and probably walkable if you don't mind a steep hill with no footpath. I took a lovely walk up the hill from the hotel which had little traffic, forest and views. The hotel was very clean, had the best hot shower I had while in Bhutan (including amenities such as a blow dryer). Bed was firm and comfy and though I saw no source of heat I had plenty of warm blankets & outside temps were cool but not cold. Good breakfast and dinner. Staff is lovely.
Guest：Dzi Pema is a smallish hotel on the slope of a hill a little away from Paro town. It has excellent views of the Paro valley. My room had a direct view of Rinpung Dzong, but not all rooms may have that. In any case, there is a common gazebo like structure with sofas and books which has the same view that any guest can enjoy. Meals are served in a cozy dining area next to the reception and the kitchen. The staff led by Dechen were always warm and attentive. The coziness of the place and the attitude of the hosts rubbed off on the guests as well, and whenever we guests got together at the dining area, we had friendly conversations, swapping stories of where we had been or planned to visit and about our backgrounds. All in all, a very memorable stay. This was the first hotel on my trip. I reached out to them before the trip. They were responsive on email and Mr Tandin ended up helping me quite a bit with Bhutan rules and I made changes to my plans accordingly.
Guest：We loved it here our four days, at the beginning and end of an eighteen-day trip with our adult children. You'll be high above Paro, in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the valley (and the dramatic arrivals and takeoffs of the planes you came in on.) Friendly staff, willing to consider your requests for vegan and vegetarian meals.
