Exquisite experience. Rooms sparkling clean. Fair distance from the CBD. Customer service was top notch. Very fast wifi to do business without any interferences.

The Atmosphere is good, rooms are great, customer care is at the best level. I recommend the place especially for those who value quality. I enjoyed my stay for 2 weeks. Their chefs are good, i enjoyed the food as well.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to sis’ Similo??and your amazing team for the incredible work you did in helping me organise and host my mum’s birthday celebration. From the planning and decorations to the food, makeup, and hosting every detail lm told was beautifully done and truly exceeded all expectations. My mum was beyond happy and deeply touched by everything. She hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful the day was and how much love and care went into it all. You indeed have an amazing team that serves with so much respect. Even our guests are still sharing compliments and praising how smoothly everything ran and how beautiful it all looked. I’m so grateful for the time, creativity, and effort you and your team put into making the day so memorable. The rooms are very clean, the wifi is very fast, the food is very nice , the chef did a wonderful job , we really enjoyed it, we revived our love and the room decor was perfect , l also liked the view since we were upstairs. The staff is very friendly

The hotel standards are not at par with the pricing, they should seriously consider renovating the interior or reduce the fees....Furniture is now old, I recommend moving with the times , fit new Furniture so it can be esthetically pleasing. Also a regular housekeeping is needed so that the rooms stay fresh.

Spacious, clean, modern rooms. Lovely staff. Great service all round. I particularly loved how quiet the place is, great for winding down after a long day at work. Cherry on top is that it is quite affordable!!!! The food however wasn't as good. And the menu is very limited.

Have used Mpala hotel for a while but standards lately have sadly deteriorated...i pray someone saves that business! It appears they now can not get the basics right, the wifi, television channels, doors etc are not working. While the staff are ready to assit...it appears they are stretched. Will be a while before i book myself back at this place.

I had a pleasant stay at Mpala, we were warmly welcomed by the staff . The rooms were well maintained and air conditioned. Compliments to the chef (Dawn) who served us very delicious meals which were delivered to our rooms Enjoyed the hot showers.
