Look no further than Starboard, a dog-friendly Bandon beach condo with top-notch amenities, including sweeping oceanfront views, a wood-burning fireplace, and quick access to the beach. It's the perfect escape for up to three guests and your dogs!

Tucked into a quiet neighborhood on the south side of Bandon right near Face Rock, Starboard is just minutes from entertainment, shopping, and dining in town. But it's even closer to miles of rugged coastline, which can be easily accessed via a staircase leading down to the public beach.

This listing is for The Starboard, a private, self-contained section in the larger Spindrift House - if you're traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent two-bedroom The Helm section or both halves of the house together to sleep up to nine vacationers. (Please contact Vacasa for more information about renting The Starboard along with The Helm!)

Leave your shoes by the door as you step into the comfort of this beachside beauty. Unwind with a glass of Oregon pinot and a favorite TV show on the cable- and DVD-equipped flatscreen in the living area. You could also kick up your feet for a rejuvenating nap on the comfortable cloth couch in the room, or cozy up by the warmth of a crackling fire in the fireplace.

Just beyond the living area, the outdoor deck is a great place for watching sunsets over the ocean and spotting migrating gray whales. You'll also find the deck to be an exquisite location for an al fresco meal.

Speaking of dining, the kitchenette back inside offers everything needed to make homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner while you're here. Enjoy meals together at the cafe table, which also offers great views of the wide sandy shores just west.

At the end of an activity-filled day, retire for restful sleep in the sole bedroom's queen-size bed. With the addition of a sofabed, up to three guests are accommodated. That also includes your family dogs, who are welcome to tag along (please note that there is a small nightly fee for dogs).

Flip on one of the bedside reading lamps to curl up with a good book or open a window to let in the soothing sounds of the ocean as you peacefully drift off to sleep.

In the morning, wake with a fresh cup of coffee in the kitchen, connect to the WiFi, and get ready for a new day of adventures. If you like to golf, make sure to bring your clubs for the world-class courses in the area, which include Bandon Dunes Golf Resort and Bandon Crossings Golf Course. Interested in exploring the area's natural surroundings? Bring along a pair of hiking boots for the trails at Bullards Beach State Park (about six miles north), or rent a watercraft in town to meander down the Coquille River. Other favorite outdoor pastimes of the area include crabbing, clamming, and fishing - so make sure to bring your tackle and poles!

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

- Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa.

DAMAGE WAIVER

The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable:
0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights.
1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights.
2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights.
3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights.
5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights.
7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.
8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

How to Report Damage
Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT.
The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity.
The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $3,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $3,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card.
The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by Vacasa and is not an insurance policy. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items.
