Villa Maria is located on the panoramic and sunny hill behind the center of Baveno, just 10 minutes walk from the center. Maria is a perfectly restored period villa immersed in the quiet and green of its beautiful garden. On the ground floor there is a living room with lake view, a living room with satellite TV, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large table. From there you enter a beautiful veranda with a large dining table. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with balconies overlooking the lake: one bedroom is single, one has two separate beds and one is double with en suite bathroom with bath. Complete the first floor another bathroom with shower and a lake view studio. The second floor has a central balcony overlooking the lake and here are the two double bedrooms, lake view with en suite bathroom, one with shower and one with bathtub. The part of the garden near the living room has large plants and a stone table, on the other side near the veranda is instead the garden with beautiful flowering plants and sun loungers. Guests have three parking spaces, two parking spaces in garage and one outside.
