部屋は普通でした。高级感はないですが、扫除もしてあって、水も出るし、タオルも清洁で乾いたものが用意されて、エアコンもきいていました。
设备やサービスの一部について、予约前の表记と実态が违いました。
まず、TRIP.comの予约は把握されて居なかったようで、チェックインに时间がかかりました。私の予约确认书をもとにチェックイン手続きをしていたようです。
wifiはありますが、インターネットに接続できませんでした。スタッフもパスワードを确认するだけで、それ以外の対応はわからないと言って、インターネット接続が全くできないままでした。
荷物预けサービスがあると书いてありましたが、実际は预かってもらえませんでした。
シャワーはお汤は出ません。
レセプションが2阶、部屋は3阶以上です。エレベーターはありません。
现场のスタッフはマネージャーに连络を入れて、できる限り対応してくれようと努力してくれましたが、问题は全て未解决のままチェックアウトまで过ごすこととなりました。
1泊だけだったので我慢できましたが
大きな荷物を预かってもらえず、チェックアウト后の予定を変えて、すぐに空港にいくしか选択肢がありませんでした。
空港へUberを呼ぶにも、近くのwifiが繋げられるカフェまで行く必要がありました。
最低限のものはあるので、寝るだけのシンプルステイにはいいですが、
2泊以上には向いていないと思います。

Excelente Ubicación
Al llegar al hotel no había nadie en la recepción y tuve que esperar al rededor de una hora para poder hacer check-in.
En la segunda noche ya no colocaron botella de agua en mi habitación.
No fue la visita más agradable, pero la ubicación del lugar es buena si te gusta caminar, todo está relativamente cerca.

The staff was accommodating and provided most things we asked. I would stay here again if needed.

The second floor rooms have no outside ventilation so when the sewer smell came in via the ac I got panicky. They gave a new room which was better so I complained again and they put me on the third floor. The room would have been great except for the broken toilet seat and the fact that the toilet was improperly installed and rocked an inch back and forth. I never saw another guest while I was there so word must’ve gotten around. A creepy feeling indeed! The facility is unfinished with lovely murals and tile work but unconnected trim and other clear signs of money problems. The restaurant never opened , so no free breakfast and the price came in close to 140 us but showed around 100 on *******

Fueron muy amables al ayudarme con un trabajo de la escuela, tienen unas muy bonitas instalaciones y el personal altamente capacitado. El lugar refleja un ambiente cálido donde puedes pasar unos días agradables en familia.
