Just got back from here yesterday. The staff hate English, do not want to help or speak to you if possible. Had the police called on a group of brits drinking at 9:15 at night for been too loud, police came told us we was ok until 11. Next 2 nights other nationalities were louder, chanting and had music blaring and nothing was said to them. Food was same most days chicken not cooked, nothing really if anyone took kids with them as soon as you put a piece of cutlery down they wpuld take your plate whether you was finished or not. Pool freezing cold and smelt funny. Woman behind bar does not crack a smile. The man behind is smiley and friendly. None of them can make a good cocktail, was more like drinking petrol was that strong. Security man or more like a gnome was sleazy.

Nous avons passé 15 jours au CALYPSO. Nous avons re?u un très bon acceuil. Le personnel était toujours souriant et aimable et un petit mot de fran?ais au restaurant car nous étions le seul couple de fran?ais à l'h?tel. La chambre était très propre, les draps changés toujours les 3 jours et les serviettes tous les jours. Au niveau de la restauration, c'était parfait. Nous avons craqué pour les desserts (les petits gateaux à la crème et les fruits fraises, cerises, abricots à volonté) quand au ragout c'était très bon. Le ma?tre nageur est un monsieur charmant et délicat. IL est au petit soin avec nous pour ouvrir le parasol. Les vins qu'ils proposaient au repas étaient corrects. L'h?tel est très bien situé près des magasins, de la plage, de Sunny Beach et surtout de la vieille ville de NESSEBAR. tout peut se faire à pied même si nous n'êtes pas de gros marcheurs. Nous tenons à remercier tout le staff de l'h?tel pour les très bonnes vacances que nous avons passés.

Small, nice hotel. Friendly staff. Very various full board. Fresch vegetables & fruts.Very good soups,meals and fis.

We went for a cheap week holiday it cost us ￡540 for two people for the week all inclusive The rooms where clean and tidy Big rooms with a large walk in shower Food is pretty much the same every day mainly catered for Europeans but plenty to choose from and loads of salad stuff can't comment on the break fast because we never got up for it. Snacks where pizza ,chips and a kerb sort of burgers Ice Cream with cones help yourself to fill your cone up with four different flavours Strawberry, Chocolate,Vinalla and my favourite lemon The bar served beer and cocktails plenty of soft drinks with a coffee machine for hot chocolate,coffee,hot water for tea with lots of different teas including fruit ones Would I stop here again yes if in season as it was far enough to avoid the 18 to 30 holidayers but we went out of season so everything around the hotel was closed or nearly closed so out of season the answer would be no I would stay in old Nessebar as more things were open Which is not the hotels fault

Hotel jest bardzo przyjazny dla par oraz rodzin z dzie?mi. Pokoje s? schludne i czyste. Obs?uga codziennie sprz?ta, nigdy nie zapomina o zmianie po?cieli i r?czników. Pracownicy s? przyja?ni i pomocni mimo, i? nie wszyscy porozumiewaj? si? p?ynnie po angielsku zawsze mogli?my si? dogada?. Jedzenie w formie bufetu samoobs?ugowego jest bardzo wygodnym rozwi?zaniem, ka?dy mo?e znale?? co? dla siebie. Przek?ski równie? smaczne, a ponadto sympatyczny barman bardzo hojnie cz?stuje alkoholem. Strefy wspólne s? dostosowane dla doros?ych oraz dzieci. Na terenie hotelu znajduje si? równie? si?ownia, salon gier i basen wi?c ka?dy w wolnym czasie znajdzie co? dla siebie. Wyjazd oceniamy jako naprawd? udany. Polecamy!

The hotel and facilities were great. What would have been a very good stay was completely ruined by the volume and type of music played. Until very late at night the volume of music was ridiculous, even guests staying at neighbouring hotels were commenting about the volume, spoiling their holiday.

This a good place, has large rooms with nice acces! Great pool for adults or kids, and good serving at the bar! And this is all good things!!! Rest is worst! Startung reception with some of the badest staff starting the Manager! Form the start wgen i put my foot in the hotel a young recetion guy treat us with cold words and disrespect! We didn't had 3 nights with hot water showers, despite numerous reclamations! Food worst i ever had eat in a holiday!

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff and the service was very good. Food was also very good. Only down side was the location of the hotel as it is quite a walk from the centre especially if you have kids. Transport is available but can get expensive using it regularly.

Очень хороший,чистый отель. Отдыхаем с семьей и друзьями. Все довольны. На данный момент мы ещё тут. Очень вкусно. Коктейли , мороженое все понравилось. Береговая линия широкая. Для детей удобно заходить в море. Чистый песок. Даже ракушек нет. Приятно заходить в море . Один минус интернет плохой.

Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные пушистые полотенца. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. К уборке нареканий не было. Очень вкусная и разнообразная кухня. Были приятно удивлены тем, что сразу по приезду нам надели браслеты и мы смогли пообедать и воспользоваться барам. Хотя мы приехали рано в 10 утра, а заселение с 14.00. Заселили нас сразу. Ну и изюминка отеля это конечно бармены Диана и Мартин. Ребята просто космос. Всегда готовили вкусные коктейли, очень доброжелательные ребята. Находили подход к каждому человеку. Понравилось нам сильно мини-концерт знакомство с болгарской культурой с участием фольклорной группы, с болгарской кухней, которое подготовила кухня. Отель замечательно подходит для семьи с детьми. Мы остались очень довольны ну и конечно обязательно вернемся в Калипсо еще раз.
