Guest：A very good basic+ hotel,cheap.very clean,at 1-5 minute walk to beach,shops,restaurants,bars,in the middle of action.The food are OK,bars are good,the hotel staff is very polite and kind.Hot water comes at 7 am.
Guest：The hotel was dated but clean, the pool and slides were good. However, that's where it ends. 2 sets of toilets, also used by the staff. 1 set was closed at night and the other set was outside the restaurant. But, when the restaurant closed the doors you had to walk from the back of the hotel to the front and walk past reception to access. it rained one day and the pool bar was the only thing open. Unfortunately the staff took down the umbrellas so you had to walk around the pool in the rain and then had nowhere to sit without getting wet. The shower was blocked and despite the "handyman" checking it wasn't resolved, so a shower became a dangerous thing with water leaking all over the floor. The bathroom light was only fixed when we complained the third time and refused to leave reception until it was done. The food was nasty and cold and after living on boiled eggs and toast we started to eat out. Entertainment was a laptop and a speaker, but as the wi-fi kept gong off the music was interrupted frequently. A couple of the staff were friendly but most were ignorant and miserable, and it wasn't because they couldn't understand us, they could. I could go on. Suffice it to say, Sunny Beach is great, the bars were good but the hotel? Nope. Never going there again
Guest：Just recently returned from staying at this hotel, there was six of us in total. We had all booked inclusive, so was expecting decent food so what a let down when we found that this hotel catered more for European and Eastern European people. We had breakfast one day and the food was cold, this was the same on all meals, you had to go early as if you went down after 9am there was very limited choice. This was the same on all meal times. The staff had very limited English, our room was only cleaned every other day. The shower worked perfect but bathroom would get flooded as shower tray was slow going down the drain. There was no kettle in room o and this a must if you enjoy first drink in morning or last thing at night. The hotel bar closed at 10pm every night. No decent activities during the day. Pool area was kept clean and tidy. As one member of our group kept highlighting it was only a 3 star hotel, in my opinion did not deserve this. Would I visit this hotel again one word NO. I recommend that English couples and families avoid this hotel like the plague.
Guest：I would avoid this hotel if you British. The food is not very good not hot, not enough people over fill there plates and then leave 1/2 it and staff didn't say anything to them. when it says you be charge but dont do it. The food waste is really bad. They need two seating times. The bar closes at 10pm so after that your out of luck, Bar staff are rude. The best thing about this place is really clean all round, cleaners and reception staff really friendly. we was all inclusive but after first morning never eat here. I will not be returning here..
