The Baoli International Hotel (Baoli Guoji Jiudian) features a collection of herb infused hot spring pools and is located near Guiyang’s Anjingcun on Middle Shunhai Road. Rooms here are independently designed and provide domestic direct-dial, central A/C and free bottles of water. When not indulging in themselves in the hot springs, guests can fill up at the Chinese restaurant, hammer out some work in the meeting rooms or get a massage in the massage parlor.

  • 会员707086：情人节提前几天预定了高级汤屋，准备给老公孩子一个惊喜。但入住后还是非常失望，房间在负一楼，面积小得可怜，光线昏暗，设施陈旧，除了一张大床和一个麻将机，沙发都没有一张。我们是一家四口睡不下，跟服务员要求加床，服务员唧唧歪歪还在我身后说好烦人，先是说她拿不动加床，让我重新再开一个房间，后来又跟我说，让我把麻将机的4张椅子拿来拼起给一个孩子睡。过了一会儿又打电话来说可以加床，才叫了一个男同事过来给我们加了床，当时我心里确实很感激的，虽然服务员表情一直很不耐烦。可是加完床后服务员掏出一个单子，让我一定要在上面给她写好评评语，还教我怎么写，一这样搞得我心里很想吐，原来想半天才给我们加床的目的就是为了这张好评单子。更难受的是当天温度很低，空调不给力，一晚上冷得睡不着，大人小孩都没睡好，在房间里都得穿上羽绒服才暖和。唯一的安慰就是酒店送了一支玫瑰花和一小盒巧克力。室外有一个小小的泡池，小孩子可以在里面玩，但泡池很脏，水一放，里面好多脏东西飘起来。真的是很差的一次体验，作为省会有名的五星级旅游度假温泉酒店，一千多的房间服务和设施还不如一个三星酒店。可惜浪得虚名，期待酒店能重新装修和提高服务质量，谢谢！
