Guest：We enjoyed our stay here! The bartender was great and made us Mojito‘s. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was really good! We also had breakfast at the hotel and this was good as well. I believe you can see the lake from every room which was also very nice.
Guest：Very nice hotel located about 10 minutes from city center. Clean, well lit, great staff. Rooms are clean, well decorated, roomy and bathrooms are a nice size. ? The restaurant serves really good food and the wait staff is very formal and attentive. Had one issue with the restaurant. I ordered a club sandwich, but it was served without a key ingredient…bacon. I brought this to there attention and they said they had run out. Which is fine…I understand these things happen, but I should’ve been told prior to them serving me the sandwich so I could decide whether I still wanted the sandwich. I brought this up to the head waiter after we finished and expressed my dissatisfaction. He apologized and offered me something to make up for the mistake. I refused because I didn’t want anything…I just wanted to bring to their attention so it doesn’t happen to another customer. We left very happy with the hotel.
Guest：Our family stayed for 2 nights , the front desk staff was Extremely friendly and helpful and we used the laundry service and it was quick and expedient. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner and at the morning buffets, A special thanks especially to David in the restaurant. His service , expedience and friendliness was exceptional!!
Guest：XIMA hotel was okay considering the location in Puno, very quiet. I do acknowledge though that the staff were very helpful especially Johann, he was extremely friendly, very hard working, went over and beyond to make us feel at home. If you're looking for a place just to sleep in, Xima is the one place.
