Guest：Las habitaciones preciosas y el personal (Rajae, Sara y sobre todo la siempre sonriente Khadija) siempre nos brindan un trato espectacular. Su ubicación en la entrada de la Medina es ideal. Muy recomendable.
Guest：I stayed in Riad Dillard for two nights. This Riad is in a good location within the medina. The hotel has a beautiful reception/dining area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and could not have been more helpful, - organising city tours and consistently enquiring about any requirements you may need, definitely the highlight of my stay. As I was suffering from a bug at the time I cannot comment on the food. However the room I stayed in (No. 4) while was very clean had neither a fridge safe or a window. For the prices quoted for similar establishments in the area I don’t think is good value. Upon checking out I was told it was cash only even though it states clearly on booking websites that the Riad accepts all credit cards. More concerning however was the fact that I was subsequently contacted by the hotel very concerned about the low score I gave on a different website. They stated staff would be fired if the owner seen my review. They offered to refund one nights cost if I changed my rating and the staff would pay for it. I hope this was just a ply to keep the Riads ratings up, but very concerning nonetheless.
Guest：Excellent Riad in all aspects. The manager rajae is an excellent host always very available to help us know how to survive in Fes!!! The food was delicious. The space is beautiful and always clean. It is located very near batha Square 2 min walking ,the riad you could not hear anything that was going on outside. All the staff very friendly and available. i hope we come back in future.
