Guest：I visited Fes during the AFCON season and stayed here with my friend. It was peak winter and the house manager, Houda was so warm and kind. She did so much to make sure my friend and I were comfortable. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious as well and the overall ambience is very pleasant. The decor and aesthetics 10/10. The neighborhood is serene too. Love that it’s very central and walking distance from taxi drop off point.

Guest：This was our first stop in Morocco, and what a welcome it was! Houda greeted us with a smile and warm Moroccan mint tea, followed by an incredible dinner that she cooked herself. The chicken tagine was full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Our room was on the top floor with a window looking out over the patio and the stars, such a peaceful spot to end the day. Every morning, Houda and her team prepared a fresh breakfast that was both tasty and filling for our day’s adventures. Our family had rooms on different floors, and each one was beautifully designed and comfortable. The beds were so cozy that it was hard to get up in the mornings! We truly felt at home during our stay at Ali Baba. Houda’s warmth and hospitality made our first days in Morocco unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here!
Guest：We were fortunate to have a delightful home-cooked dinner with a charming Moroccan Family. We were greeted by Houda who introduced us to Mohammed, Imam and their 13 year old son, Ali. We enjoyed an amazing 3 course dinner. We started with 6 delicious cold dishes including carrot, courgette, beetroot and eggplant dishes served with fresh bread. For our main course, we were served a large platter of chicken which was flavored with olives, preserved lemon, caramelized onions and chermoula. It was stunning! We finished with a delightful dessert which was a delicately flavored sponge and cream scroll. We were also flamboyantly served mint tea. What was so wonderful about the experience was that we had an enjoyable and informative conversation with the family. We talked about football (of course!), cooking, culture and education. It was such a fascinating evening! I would like to say just how terrific, Mohammed and Imam’s son Ali was. He was funny, informative and is an amazing linguist. My understanding is that this is a recent offering from the Ali Baba Riad. I would HIGHLY recommend it.
