Le personnel très sympa, serviable, très professionnel, mention + pour Leonardo, une pépite ! H?tel irréprochable, service personnalisé, Excellent petit-déjeuner. un panier, une gamelle et un kit de jouets étaient même prêt dans notre chambre à notre arrivée pour Toutou ! Service voiturier à discrétion, entouré confiance, je recommande !!

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et attentionné : vos demandes sont prises en compte rapidement et efficacement. Les équipements sont neufs et les cinq étoiles sont méritées. Une mention spéciale pour le chef qui a su assurer un repas de réveillon de première qualité pour un nombre de convives important.

Proviamo con lucidità a valutare i vari aspetti che dovrebbero identificare un hotel 5* : 1. Posizione , buona per passeggiata a piedi. 2. Parcheggio : non c’è , difficile anche la semplice sosta per il carico e scarico perché lo spazio riservato è sempre occupato. Utilizzato per 40 euro servizio parcheggio a distanza . 3. Accoglienza : reception adeguata ragazzi giovani ma preparati 4. Camere : basic da Novotel niente di più 5. Confort : camere rumorose , infissi non isolanti , bagno appena sufficiente , climatizzazione camera non saprei, cuscini e piumoni di sicuro NON all altezza. 6. Nel corridoio sosta 24/24 il carrello della biancheria del personale con un sacchetto spazzatura vicino. Possibile non c’è uno sgabuzzino per il carrello ? Almeno la notte. 7. Colazione : non all altezza di un 5* per assortimento , il servizio invece rasenta il ridicolo, nonostante vedi tante persone che girano per chiedere qualsiasi cosa e’ difficilissimo, manca il contatto con il cliente. Costo : non adeguato al tipo di hotel, il costo è di un vero 5* di fascia alta il che porta a non giustificare il fatto che sia una location giovane e serve tempo.

Excellent établissement Tout est parfait, de l accueil, à la chambre, la décoration la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel. Le SPA est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et très varié. Je conseille cet h?tel vivement.

Per essere un 5 stelle ha le camere spartane e con arredi non funzionali, non si capisce perche avendo una terrazza meravigliosa non venga aperta durante il giorno A pro devo dire che invece il personale (reception, ristorante e sala colazione) sono gentili e professionali. Cordialmente

Very nice rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff seemed a little uncomfortable at times
