  • Guest：Returning customer at this hotel, excellent service from everyone at the hotel especially Faruk from front office. Everything we asked for he provided without an issue
  • Guest：Hotel location is very convenient, short drive to DXB airport, staff are friendly and helpfull. The only drawback I noticed is the housekeeping did not replace the hand or face towels when dirty, just removed it without replacement. Breakfast is good, but there is room to improve.

The Bercelo Hotel Group has taken over so it’s not newly constructed hotel , it has old fixtures, fittings & furniture… Bed was really good & they have a good breakfast spread but unfortunately they don’t serve the Kadak Chai…
