  • Guest：Rang Mahal, Jaisalmer – Wonderful Stay Experience (5★) This was my second visit to Jaisalmer, and I stayed at Rang Mahal from 26th December to 31st December (3 nights). Once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Everything about the property was perfect and well maintained. The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable The food was amazing, with great variety and taste The dinner setup with traditional Rajasthani folk singing was truly the icing on the cake and made the evenings very memorable The staff deserves special appreciation — extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to take care of any concern with a smile. Their hospitality really makes you feel welcomed and valued. I happily give 5-star ratings for everything — stay, food, service, and overall experience. Overall, my stay was amazing, and I would love to visit again for the third time in the future. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaisalmer! — Aman Dwivedi
  • Guest：Excellent and Comfortable stay!! We stayed in this hotel in last week of Dec as family. Very well maintained and clean property. Very spacious hotel n rooms are also spacious and neat n clean. Very courteous staff. All services is top notch. Coming to food options, they have kept tea/coffee counter in lobby area so morning it's easy for guest if they need early tea or coffee. Complimentary hi tea is provided by hotel which is good. They have very good Breakfast spread and upto mark. All items were tasty. They have their inhouse restaurant a lil pricy but food taste is superb!! Inhouse bar is also very nice. Good and well maintained swimming pool. Overall good hotel with all amenities and not too far from sight seeing points.
  • Guest：We stayed at Rang Mahal Jaisalmer for 3 nights last week and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations, especially for a property that claims a 5-star rating. The location is good, with reputed 5-star hotels like Marriott and Taj next door, but that is where the positives largely end. We were travelling with an 8-month-old baby, yet were allotted a room on the first floor in a property that does not have lifts. Carrying a baby and luggage up and down the stairs multiple times was extremely inconvenient, and this basic consideration was completely overlooked by the staff. The service quality was dismal throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had very limited variety and was underwhelming for a so-called luxury hotel. In-room dining was worse — the food was excessively oily and poorly prepared, making it unsuitable even for adults, let alone a family with an infant. The only positive worth mentioning is that the staff arranged khichdi for our baby when requested, which we genuinely appreciated. However, one good gesture cannot compensate for the overall lack of quality and attention to guest comfort. None of the services — room allocation, food, or hospitality — matched 5-star standards. At best, this property functions like a mid-range hotel relying on location and past reputation. We would not recommend Rang Mahal to families, especially those travelling with young children, nor to anyone expecting a true 5-star experience.
  • Guest：Huge hotel with very big halls and little information. Rooms are ok if you do not have the ones at the back of the pool which are basic cubes with only one window in the side. Breakfast ok. Not near the city center, but we had a great tuk tuk driver whose phone and name I have.
