  • Guest：We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel during our family visit to Universal Studios. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home, and I can't say enough good things about Chloe and Melo. They went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay even more special. The hotel is super convenient with a shuttle directly to Universal Studios, which made getting to the park a breeze. And the view from our room overlooking Hogwarts was just breathtaking! It really added to the magic of the trip. One of the best perks is the hotel's connection to a huge, modern shopping mall, no need to venture outside to grab a bite or do some shopping. It's all right there, which was perfect for our family with a young kid. The hotel itself is pristine, with a fresh, new feel throughout. Everything was spotless, and we could tell they really care about keeping the space comfortable and inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal Studios. It's the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and great service!
  • Guest：这次周末微度假总体体验不错，酒店整体具有很强的设计感，从入住时就感受到了Chloe，mavyn的热情和专业，还给升级了景观房，通过窗户看环球影城一览无余，玻璃擦的很乾净这点很赞，很多酒店的景观房都是因为玻璃脏而大打折扣。 酒店的洗浴用水感觉应该是经过软化水处理了，像南方的自来水，洗完皮肤上是滑的。 酒店处处体现了当下流行的环保理念，例如洗浴用品都是金属罐，里面是环保包装可更换。但有个问题希望能改进，就是房间内的水是易拉罐装的，打开后就不能再封装了，住酒店的应该游客居多，出去玩的时候不方便携带，退房时候前台説其实也有瓶装水提供，但是没有摆放出来，希望下次可以主动对住客进行告知。 总体是一次不错的入住体验，每天都去环球影城走走路，到旁边的湾里吃个饭，天气也给力，望着窗外心情极好。希望下次还有机会再体验。
