Guest：One of the best things about Ah House are the hosts Mark and John. Welcoming, helpful and good fun. Lots of advice and suggestions on places to eat and visit. The b&b is in a quiet spot and it's just a short walk to the centre of Nelson. We stayed in the garden apartment which had views of the cathedral. Spacious with all the amenities you need with the all important comfortable bed and pillows. Mark is a talented Potter and one of his creations now has pride of place in our home. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Would we stay again? Of course we would! Can't wait to come back!
Guest：Ah House is a gem! We stayed for two nights in the delightful Garden Rooms. We loved that it was a little bit quirky, the bedroom and sitting room seperated by a private deck. Beautifully appointed and comfortable with a perfect location for a short walk into town. Breakfast was great, basically whatever you want cooked to perfection and served either in your room or in the hosts dining room. The whole experience was made outstanding by Mark and Johns hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and although we were only there for a short time we were made to feel comfortable and welcomed. They deserve all the awards they have won and we have no hesitation in recommending Ah House as THE place to stay in Nelson.
Guest：My husband and I have had the most wonderful stay at this gorgeous B&B. We had two separate stays, as we hopped up to Abel Tasman National Park in between stays. We can't praise Mark and John, our hosts, at Ah B&B highly enough. It is absolutely perfect! We stayed in the Garden Apartment which was everything you could wish for in terms of comfort, sleep quality, space, cleanliness (absolutely spotless), facilities etc...and it opens up onto the most charming garden with private seating and a level of peace that we wished we could bottle and take with us! The garden and accommodation are beautifully decorated reflecting the fun, creativity and warmth of our hosts. It's a place where you feel transported to a perfect bliss. Truly. There are so many thoughtful touches which just convey the high level of care that Mark and John put into ensuring the best experience for their guests. From arrival to departure we felt like we'd been wrapped in a huge warm blanket. Our stay was punctuated by birdsong, gentle church bells and happy laughter (Mark laughs more than anyone you'll meet and it makes your heart light). We left feeling happy, rejuvenated and thankful. After 4 weeks of travel, we can honestly say that Mark and John are amazing, and Ah B&B is an exceptional place to stay.
Guest：This b&b more than earns its 5 star reviews, we were a little apprehensive booking a b&b instead of an hotel but it turned out to be one of the best accommodations that we stayed in on our 2 month long trip. Plenty of space in the rooms and a great breakfast in an elegant setting. The hosts, Mark and John were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Nice quiet location and just a stroll from the cathedral and town centre. AH house has certainly changed our opinions on B&B's Best wishes to Mark and John from Steve and Anna (Oldham)
