The designer retains the essence of the stone houses in eastern Fujian, softening the sharp corners of the space with wood, linen and rattan weaving. The cluster of rocks outside the floor-to-ceiling window beside the bathtub becomes the wildest decorative painting. Here, you can hold a book that you haven't finished reading, wait for an unexpected tide, or simply daydream, letting the sea do the thinking for you.
