Guest：El Zeppelin Cappadocia es un hotel extraordinario y muy especial. Las habitaciones son preciosas, muy acogedoras y cuidadas, con ese encanto típico de la zona que hace que la experiencia en Capadocia sea aún mejor. En mi caso, además, tuve la suerte de que el hotel no estaba completo y me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación con jacuzzi, lo que fue un auténtico lujo. El desayuno es muy bueno, con una amplia oferta de desayuno típico turco, además de otras opciones que se adaptan a gustos o necesidades más personalizadas, algo que se agradece mucho antes de empezar el día. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de Ismail, que fue impecable durante toda la estancia. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento y me ayudó muchísimo con la organización y reserva de tours y actividades, facilitándolo todo y transmitiendo mucha confianza. Como único detalle a mejorar, quizá se podría poner un poco más de atención en algunos aspectos de la limpieza, aunque en general el alojamiento es muy cómodo y agradable. En conjunto, una experiencia fantástica y un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse en Capadocia, donde te hacen sentir realmente bien atendido.
Guest：Relaxing experience at this Boutique Hotel with the welcoming staff taking care of everything. Super cosy, warm and spacious room with full amenities. Roof top terrace to watch balloons and view sunsets. Quiet but within easy walking distance to shops etc. ??
Guest：Spent 3 days at Zeppelin Cappadocia, which is in walking distance to Uchisar castle. Nice room with all the necessary amenities. Very nice breakfast and very helpful staff, especially Eren, who was very helpful with giving tips on sightseeing/tours, and helped us book a balloon tour. Would definitively stay here again, should I come back to Uchisar.
