Not a 4.5 star room, security camera on the balcony wall, bolts falling off patio chair, duct tape around sliding door Into main bedroom so we wouldn’t use it, as we didn’t know what was wrong.

Hi Michelle Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are glad you enjoyed our centrally located apartments, we are concerned about your comments about the "camera" however, Please rest assured that this is not a camera but part of the survey equipment employed by the Cross River Rail project to monitor the levels of the building and the ground to ensure that the buildings in the area around the Albert Street construction site, to ensure that the underground tunneling and construction, does not cause any slippage or sinking of the buildings in the area above the construction of the Cross River Rail tunnel. this is building monitoring equipment and not a camera. our staff are always happy to explain any concerns you may have had should this have been brought up during your stay with us. Room very clean. Close to everything I needed. Pool was clean. Very quiet u til work started on building next door in the morning

This Quest has always been a lovely experience. The rooms are wonderful size. Great views and so convenient to everything. Staff have always been so friendly and helpful. Definately stay here again if its available

Overall stay was great. Location is good, value for money. Only downfall is age, with the rooms quite dated.

We booked to stay so we could recover from a long midnight flight before driving into the country for a family event. The reception managed to get us in for an early check-in, which helped with our autistic daughter. We did have a issue with a more thrn normal noisy aircon unit but they come up to have a listen and moved us to a new apartment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location to walk to get some food anytime of the evening.

Inner city, very close to shops, restaurants, bars, ******. Parking onsite made it easy. Room was on the small side. Appreciated the outdoor area

Great communication by the property but cleanliness was really poor. Our five year old found used nitrous oxide bulbs tucked between the couch cushions, there were used cigarette lighters left under the coffee table and dirty socks in the bedroom, plus the bedspread had questionable stains. Loved the location but not sure I can rate our experience as family friendly - we monitored our daughter very closely after those discoveries. Spoke with front desk as we left from a gentle, constructive perspective and they took the issues seriously, but I question whether I’d return to a Quest property. Full credit to the girl on the desk for her apologies and really genuinely caring - she was great.
