Fantastic lodge with excellent views. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and food was delicious. Location was superb. Lodge was very comfortable and included fresh fruit and drinks in fridge free of charge plus complimentary drinks at meal times. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The person who organized our trip picked here while we picked most other accommodations and we couldn't have been more pleased with it. We were actually the only people in the 11 room lodge on our 2 days there and the staff was so overwhelmingly attentive, kind, and engaging. The rooms were great, well appointed, and the common areas were beautiful with 3 levels. We loved the top level with the fireplace, bar, and views. The food was fresh and fantastic and they fed us so much! Perfect location for the gorilla trek, and we had time to walk to the Batwa village to meet the king and villagers and learn about their culture and experiences. The last evening, we met Akansasira Labour and his school children who sang and danced for us. Akansasira is the founder of the Bwindi Children Empowerment Charity and an amazing young man doing great things for the community. We were only here 2 days, but loved every second. The people at the lodge and in the community have made Uganda a very special place for us.

An absolutely beautiful location & lodging. We had an all inclusive package & were the only ones staying as it was off peak season. The staff were so friendly & attentive & we were treated so well. Newton our waiter was just lovely & thanks to the female chef for her tasty food! The view here is next level & enjoy a drink in the bar upstairs to take it all in. The spa was divine & perfect way to relax after the gorilla trek. They packed us a massive lunch for the trek & lent us walking sticks & gloves. Laundry was included & a treat after traveling & trekking. Thanks for having us!

It was a great experience. The guide was exceptional! My group and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Everything was great, from accommodation to transportation and everything in between! We especially enjoyed the Gorilla Tracking. Trackers Safari Lodge is the best if you are visiting Western Uganda, I can highly recommend it to you!

This lodge probably offers the most luxurious overnight experience Uganda. Enter this site like a mini village and stroll over the wooden bridges to find your spacious lodge with straw thatched roofing. The bar and winter terrace offers an authentic decor for relaxation after your mountain trekking. Don’t forget to explore the campfire site and refreshing pool. If you are not really into hot water bladders in your bed and hot towels before diner, this one might be a bit too much for you.
