Guest：This year was our 3rd consecutive stay at this hotel after initially visiting twice in 2014/2015 and then deciding to return in 2023. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the staff are constantly cleaning everywhere with the gardens being tended to all the time also. The room cleaners are very helpful and do a great job in keeping everything clean. Everyone seems to constantly be working together to make sure everything runs smoothly and the staff seem genuinely proud of the hotel. Shout out to some particular staff members who really did make our stay 5* - Osama at the beach bar! Osama has been our friend since our first stay and always has time for a quick chat, his drinks are the best and nothing is too much trouble, I dont drink and he made me some lovely fruity cocktails. Also based at the beach bar, the shisha guy! Cant remember his name, but he was brilliant, served great drinks through the day and excellent shisha in the evening! A huge thank you to all the staff in the Tagine restaurant! Those lads made our stay perfect! Always found us a table and our drinks arrived without even asking, the atmosphere they create in the Tagine is great, it isn't as good in the other restaurants and that really is testament to the lads working in the Tagine, Essmat, Osama Anwar, Mahmoud, Hany you are brilliant! Couldn't ask for more. The Tagine is the best place to sit and enjoy your food as it is close to the other restaurants but stays a little quieter which we prefer. The food in here is also excellent especially the cheese pie/sweet pie! At breakfast, look for Elsayed !!! He is the egg man ! Makes THE BEST omelettes! He is also at the beach bar at lunch and his pancakes are brilliant! Always has a big smile for us, he is another staff member who made our holiday even better. Although, I must add, all of the staff are fantastic, so helpful and friendly and genuine. The hotel is always making changes, even since last year we noticed improvements. The new bakery/cafe is a great place to chill wirh a hot drink and sweet treat (although the addition of some jams/honey would be great). We did try the white elephant a lady carte again this time as last year we really didnt like it so hoped it had improved. I had the shrimp curry but with chicken instead and it was really nice this time, however, there still needs to be improvements made in this restaurant. They dont have beer on draught so it is bottled and the husband said it is not good, it is also warm as are the soft drinks with no ice either which is strange as the drinks elsewhere in the resort are much better. Also the desserts are the same cakes from the buffet as is much of the menu, I think if they served different food and better drinks it would be worth going but right now, Unfortunately its just not worth the visit. Again, I think an egyptian chill out place with teas and low seating would be a better use of the space. When leaving the hotel to explore, opposite the hotels entrance
Guest：Me and my new beautiful wife had the best Honeymoon ever. The Accommodation was absolutely fantastic. All the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. A special thanks to Sabry Sabry who accommodated our upgraded room and made it look beautiful. And a special thanks to Osama Ahmed who made our holiday. Osama is the most friendly, funny and best Bartender at the Bar near the beach. Osama made our holiday and best of all he makes the best cocktails ever. Thank you for making our honeymoon. Guest：**????????☆ 4/5 – A Wonderful November Getaway at Pickalbatros, Egypt** We had a fantastic holiday at Pickalbatros in November and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The weather was perfect throughout our stay, making it easy to enjoy everything the resort had to offer. The food was consistently good with plenty of variety, and we loved the range of activities available for all ages. It’s definitely a great choice for families looking for a fun and relaxing break. The only downside was the pool DJ. As this is a family resort, the music choice wasn’t appropriate—explicit lyrics on repeat really didn’t fit the atmosphere. It felt like he wasn’t paying attention to the crowd or the setting. This is the one area the resort could improve by bringing in someone more experienced and family-friendly. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Pickalbatros for a sunny, enjoyable holiday.
