Guest：The host was very gracious and kind to escort me to the hospital, a quick 10-15 minute walk from the room, after I fell a few streets away from the hotel and hurt my hand. That was so appreciated! The location is also perfect to be on the main fun street in Sorrento, which is a lovely town. The room I booked was great for 1 person. If you have 2 people or lots of stuff, do choose one of their 2 person rooms.

Guest：This one is a little tricky to review. The place itself was clean and nice and the housekeeper did an amazing job and was so clean and efficient. But it's such a tiny room and honestly nothing special. Great location, across from the supermarket but also about a 10 minute walk from the port. There are stairs to get there, about 21 stairs and no elevator which was quite a bummer to carry up our suitcases. The check in lady and I had a misunderstanding where I thought I could do an early check in and ended up not being possible, I was not frustrated and wasn't on my best behavior (I'll be honest) but she absolutely berated me for my behavior and stated that she was doing us a 'favor' by letting us stay here. Didn't have a great start to this part of our vacation due to that. Wouldn't recommend for more than 1 or 2 night stay. This place is also INSANELY loud. Its a tiny hallway with 4 rooms, you can hear people flushing the toilet in the other rooms.
