Never provide mineral water and tissue paper at living area .

Overrated accommodation. It was not suitable for foreign tourists. The person in charge of the room and guests was not in the building and could only be contacted by phone, which was a huge inconvenience. The internet speed was very slow, only 1Mbps. They then assigned another WiFi, which was also 10Mbps. But we use 100Mbps to 1Gbps at home. There was only one key for the elevator, which was very inconvenient for a family traveling. I asked for another one, but they said they couldn't give it to me. The large refrigerator in the room was broken and not working, and the room was not very clean. The windows were filthy. We also forgot our Android STB when we went on vacation here, but it's strange that they said it wasn't there. Be very careful when choosing this one.

这次的入住体验中规中矩，整体来説酒店还算过得去，但也没有太多亮点。最让我失望的是枕头非常不舒服，睡起来容易落枕，影响休息品质。衞生方面也只是勉强达标，房间打扫不够仔细，感觉不是特别乾净。希望酒店能在这些细节方面多加改进，提升整体舒适度

The homestay was beautiful, and the moment we opened the balcony, we were greeted with a stunning sea view. We arrived in the afternoon, and the tide was low at that time. We saw some tourists walking along the beach, so we joined them for a stroll. On the next day, just before checking out, we noticed that the tide had come in, and we even saw fishing boats heading out to sea. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Impressive view, nice facility with satisfactory upkeep, responsive customer service, room unit generally OK, but public area cleanliness is rather poor (not operator fault though).
Need own transport to reach the hotel

Pengalaman yang sangat bagus semasa stay dekat sini. Parking kereta depan bilik sangat2 menyenangkan kami yang travel dengan anak2 kecil. Kedai makan sedap2 sangat dekat dengan kawasan hotel ( Watak Kopi, Kula Cakes, Satay Zul, Menara 188, Cha by Farm Fresh). Bilik kemas dan cantik, ada balkoni, nampak pemandangan laut, pagi2 air surut ada org kutip kepah rasanya. Public pool sangat mesra kanak2, ada ramai org tapi rasa selamat dan selesa.Recommended!
