A?n?d?a? ?P：We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel, which boasts a large, lush green territory. Our room had a stunning sea view, though it was slightly worn, with scratched furniture. One peculiar issue was the air conditioning—it was controlled by the hotel staff. During the day, it blew cool air, but in the evening, it switched to warm air, and guests had no control over the settings. The food overall was good, with plenty of variety. We enjoyed dinner the most, though breakfast was the least appealing. The juices lacked flavor, and the coffee was terrible. It was disappointing not to find freshly ground, high-quality coffee anywhere on the premises. However, the bar staff were simply amazing, always cheerful and working tirelessly. They made the best Mojitos! The bartenders at the Turkish restaurant were also fantastic. We also dined at the Italian restaurant, and I would highly recommend opting for the à la carte restaurant options if you're looking for a peaceful dining experience, which is difficult to find in the main dining area. The beach area was spacious, but I highly recommend bringing water shoes, as the entrance to the sea is rocky. One major downside was the language barrier. While many staff members spoke fluent Russian, their English was often poor. Our little daughter couldn’t join the kids' club because it was conducted entirely in Russian. The evening shows, which started at 8 p.m., also had children from the kids' club performing, but everything was in Russian with Russian songs, which was quite disappointing. The only highlight of the entertainment was the “Turkish Night,” when a live Turkish band performed at the Lykya bar. The atmosphere was magical, and we finally felt like we were in Turkey, surrounded by Turkish culture and music. I highly encourage the hotel management to promote more of their own culture instead of catering heavily to Russian traditions. After all, when people visit Turkey, they want to experience Turkish culture, not feel like they’re in Russia. We plan to give this hotel another chance in the spring. If it weren’t for the heavy focus on Russian culture, I would rate the hotel a 10, as the rest of the experience was minor in comparison.

Overall a very nice hotel had plenty to do and my kids were entertained all day. Staff were great and very friendly. Will come again.
