房间特别小，设施比较老旧，我的被子上真是还有烟烫的洞。洗漱用品都得自助在楼下拿。位置还不错离博多站特别近。

房间只能说正常吧有点老了，大小倒是还不错。但服务真的一般，四天以下都不打扫的，四天以上隔天才打扫。虽然我们自己本身很爱整洁，但就觉得日本的服务怎么变成这样了哈哈哈哈

It is an excellent location near the main train station and shopping areas. The hotel catered free washing and drying machines. You can buy the detergent at the front desk. The breakfast spread was decent.

酒店设施中规中矩，在这个价位上还要什么自行车，干净舒适，有整面的落地窗，很多人说不打扫卫生，但房间内部有说明打扫日期，如果对打扫有要求的就不用来了，我是觉得在入住期间他们最好不要进入我的房间，等我们离开再打扫，你们呢？酒店会把每天要换的浴巾挂在你的门上就够了，至于垃圾，自己放到房间外面，这是一件很难的事情吗？

Perfect location with few minutes walk to JR Hakata station. Only Jpy260 for JR to domestic airport. Convenient for eating with wide variety of restaurants, also perfect for shopping of Japanese products and pharmacy.

The room was clean and had a massage chair! The view was not good, but the massage chair more than made up for it.

Due to the new green tree policy, I do respect the hotel follow the row not to clean the room, bathroom and make the bed. But can’t wonder why should I clean the trash can by myself per day ??

The hotel is really close to the station and it provides all you need. To find it you can put the following into Google maps: tenza hotel hakata station. The staff is friendly, the level of English varies, so it is good to have Google translate or any other translating app on the phone. The breakfast provided a large variety of foods and for Japan a lot of vegetables (vegan &vegetarian) choices. There is no milk alternative served but that is rare in Japan anyway. All in all recommended.

It’s such a lovey hotel. Just a few minutes away from JR Hakata Station and 8 minutes on taxi to the airport. Enjoyed sampling the shampoos and conditioners.

Overall this hotel was excellent. The location is unbeatable as it is so close to the train and bus station. Next door is a convenience store. Breakfast was alright. Room is spacious. However, please be reminded that the hotel does not do room cleaning everyday, and requires you to throw your own garbage and dirty towels outside of the room. Also, there is no bottle water provided with the room. Other than that, this hotel is highly recommended.
