Guest：I booked a Superior Double Room at A4 Hotel, Tbilisi. The room was nice and large. Doors opened onto a Juliet type terrace. Two full length mirrors in room. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom nice and large, included a bidet. Hand wash, shower gel and shampoo provided. There were 3 hangers in the wardrobe - I asked for more hangers and these were brought to my room quickly. There's no iron and ironing board in the room, however, housekeeping provided these quite quickly. There are places to eat and drink nearby. The location of the hotel is easily accessible to Freedom Square. My only negative is that there were 3 light bulbs that didn't work - I asked for them to be replaced but they never were. It didn't spoil my stay though. The TV wasn't working, however, this was fixed quite quickly. Breakfast selection was quite good. Staff were always helpful. I would stay here again.
Guest：Отель понравился! Рядом с Оперным театром и проспектом Шота Руставели, до Площади Свободы минут 15. Очень уютный и чистый, новый стильный! Завтраки - шведский стол были очень вкусными и разнообразными! Мы наедались до обеда))) и не чувствовали голода часов до 15.00. Полотенца менялись ежедневно, воду в номер, чай, кофе, сахар тоже приносили каждый день. Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Спасибо за гостеприимство! В следующий визит в Тбилиси остановимся именно в этом отеле.
Guest：The hotel is centrally located, behind the busy Rustaveli Avenue. 1min walk to Opera & Ballet Theatre around the corner. Top floor breakfast has a nice panoramic view of Mtatsminda hill etc. The staff could be warmer than this frigid winter though. Hotel interior needs some renovation. Bedroom curtains were hanging loose off the rail and nobody did anything to rectify it (they should pay me for putting it back! -:p ) The bathroom was the WORST aspect with SEWER smell. Even closing the bathroom door couldn’t help the foul smell wafting into bedroom. Checked out after 2nd night.
