G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：We spent 3 nights in this family-run hotel and enjoyed so much! The house itself is an old house that has been refurbished into a small hotel and the rooms and bathrooms remind of old times. Located super well, close to the main boulevard and many nice restaurants. Shota, the owner, and the staff are wonderful and they took all the time to talk to us and share some insights and history of the place and the city. The internal green garden is a bliss and the fact that the hotel is isolated from the street made our stay calm and relaxing. The breakfast are served individually and we loved the home made pancakes and cakes.
G?u?e?s?t? ?U?s?e?r：A very small boutique hotel in a renovated old house with friendly and excellent management and staff. It's also relatively good for the price. The location is great for walking, very quiet, and there were no issues at night. Cons: - Poor window view: construction visible from the 3rd floor. - Old, narrow stairways. - The air conditioning wasn't very effective. - No backyard or front yard, just a small hallway lobby. Overall, it's more suited as a 3-star hotel rather than 4-star.
C?o?m?p?a?n?i?o?n?2?2?7?4?1?9?0?8?1?2?0：I was in Tbilisi for the first time for a few days break. Found this on Tripadviser. Hospitality outstanding with very friendly helpful staff. Started with a complimentary transfer from the airport with snacks and drinks on arrival. Room was spacious and very comfortable although on the last night could hear heavy snoring from next door. My room was on top floor and a little difficult to get to going in and out and up spiral staircases. Not good for people with mobility issues or with lots of luggage but staff are very helpful. They do like cash in any major currency . Breakfast is an option with extra payment but good value. Overall a great little hotel with great hospitality well located and good value. Highly recomended.

Not only that they thought of everything, go the extra mile, and they are a happy team too. Looks like they take care of people. Must be a fabulous management team at the hotel. Very good location.
